Liquor License Act

SAVE YOUR LICENSE CALL XCOPPER THE LEADERS IN LIQUOR LICENSE DEFENSE
In order for an establishment to offer Alcoholic Beverages for purchase, they must receive a Liquor license from the appropriate Federal, State or Provincial authority or commission.

The Statute may govern items such as:
  • Hours of service
  • Type of alcoholic beverages permitted to be sold by the licensee
  • Amount of Alcoholic beverages sold to patrons
  • The behavior of patrons within the establishment.
Liquor License holders are required to comply with the rules and regulations outlined in the Statute governing their license.

A Licensee may receive a ticket or summons and/or the investigator may notify the governing authority or commission at the time the Licensee is investigated. The Authority or Commission, at the time they receive a report of an incident, may notify the licensee that they are required to attend a "Show-Cause" hearing or suspend or revoke the license. The Authority or Commission may choose to do nothing at the time of the report, in which case they keep the incident information in the Licensee's file.
